FunnY

Well done, crazy parody of Hulk. Something you would see on Mad TV. The images and voice were very funny. Great job!

Two things to improve:
1) File size. (I'm on cable so it doesn't matter, but for dial-up users)
2) The Replay button at the end seems to replay only the 'Credits' and not the full movie.

Knox responds:

aw man...ill fix the replay button,sorry...im taking every body to pizza hut!and im paying..seeing how i screwed up on the replay button and all.
thanks for telling me..no one else seemed to wanna replay it..
:(
..other wise they wouldve told me!

Why should you create better graphics?

I've seen some of the earlier episodes but couldn't continue because of the graphics. Your story may be good (as you mentioned it) but without good graphics it's hard to watch.

So, should you create better graphics? Because graphics contributes to the presentation. Would you go to Britney Spears's concert (I don't know if you like her, but for the sake of argument, let's assume you do like Britney) where she just stands there and sings her songs? If she is standing there, then why bother going to the show? You could just listen to the CD. I come to NG (as well as many other users) because I want to see graphics that goes well with the content. If I want a good story, I read a book.

You could get a lot more fans if you put more effort into your work. A lot of fans! If you don't have time, maybe you could team up with a few animators from NG.

Hope this helps.

mmark-oldflash responds:

Well, it doesn't help that much. I tried teaming up with some animators to work on a project, but it took way to freaking long to finish one episode and we eventually dumped the idea. Also, some people like musicians who just stand there and sing songs. Britney Spears does have a lot of effects at her concerts, but it doesn't mean her songs are good. Something to think about.

Short and sweet :D

I thought that was very funny. lmao! I usually like the 'what was that?'/'where did that come from?' type comedy and this was just like that! It somehow reminded me of Monty Python episodes.

Great graphics and style! Keep up the good work!

Thanks tuti, im a big fan of ur series so ... :) thanks!

Good job

That's an unexpected ending. First, strawberry clock in the package; then Horace beaten up by clocks? Woah! I didn't expect that.
Great graphics and animation! This time the sounds matched the movie well. The "beam scan" sound clip is used in many movies (manly by beginners) and that seems to give an amateurish feeling - in my opinion. Maybe change the pitch so it's a bit different. Other than that, I relly enjoyed this one. :)
Keep up the good work!

Violet-AIM responds:

Thanks for the tip. Ya, I'll look into seeing what other sound effects would fit better for that, so I can replace it. It's nice of you to comment about the ending...but I hope people will watch before reading this, otherwise it'll ruin the surprise. :)

Overall pretty good

That was interesting. I like the first part of the movie better for the following reasons: the "motion part" didn't seen as dynamic as the first part because you showed everyhing from a distance. You could try to show some of the action from a closer point of view - just like the first part. The motion of the characters was good though. The backgrounds looked great except one part: the blue color behind the red monster didn't really fit in. Maybe a redish/brownish color would be better. Good job guys!

Oh, in case you haven't seen it, I've finished Episode 5 of Tuti TV. You can check it out here: http://www.newgrounds.com/port al/view.php?id=80492

FireHound responds:

Thanx for the long review :) Next time, I'll make sure that the background colors fit better than they do now. Since you are the second guy that told me that the first part was better, I'm gonna make more frame by frame but then with a lower framerate and more shadows... Nice to know that you liked it. Btw, just checked your movie out :) It is just amazing like usual :)

Looks good so far

I like it so far. The backgrounds were well done and the animation was cool. Keeping the filesize "small" could be a problem (for dialup users). I'm looking forward to the finished movie.

FireHound responds:

Yeah I know... frame by frame really 'ups' the filesize... But nice to know that you liked it. btw, YOU should make more movies... always kewl to watch :)

Promising work

Looks good for a first movie. If you want a preloader that displays percentage loaded and haven't found one yet or don't know how to do it, e-mail me (see profile for e-mail). Try to reduce the size of the movie. There are many detailed graphics and sound but try to compress them. There are many techniques that you'll learn with practice (just as I did). As for the complainers, ignore them. No movie can satisfy everybody.
Cheers,
